Root is a powerful technopath with the constant, passive ability to connect with computers, cell phones, wi-fi networks, surveillance cameras, and any other electronic device or network in her vicinity, and be able to access the information feeds from these devices. With focus, she can access wider networks of devices, and co-opt the processing power of those devices to 'boost' her brain so she can make the raw data she's receiving make sense.
